Akasha Energetics was born from a deep desire to create space for, and promote healing on a holistic level, starting with our energy bodies. By strengthening vital energy flow, we can promote health and well-being on physical, emotional and soul levels.
Through treatments such as Reiki, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Akashic Record Readings and Nervous System Regulation practices, Akasha Energetics seeks to support and nurture your journey to wellbeing.

Meet Kristin
My journey in the wellness space started over 10 years ago as fitness trainer. During the pandemic I discovered Ayurveda, which sprouted a passion for Eastern Medicine and its devotion to holistic care (treating the total person – mind, body and spirit, not just his or her symptoms). Soon after, I began my Reiki training and am now a Reiki Master and Akashic Records reader. I am currently expanding my qualifications in Nervous System Regulation and Vibrational Sound Therapy, and look forward to evolving my offering around these practices.
On a personal note, I’m a devoted cat-mom and avid traveller, who enjoys Pilates, interior design, party planning and a good Scotch!
The Studio
Welcome to your Grounding Lounge - a home-based studio in Whitby, Ontario, offering a welcoming, peaceful and private environment with lots of good vibes (photos coming soon!).
Sessions are reserved for women only, offered in-person and virtually, with flexible timing to accommodate your schedule.
I’m happy to facilitate virtual sessions for those with pet allergies.
